The YMCA location at 88 Broadway in San Francisco is not a traditional gym, but rather the Edwin & Margaret Lee / Tung Lok Early Childhood Learning Center. Managed by the Chinatown YMCA, this specialized facility is built directly into the Broadway Cove affordable housing development. Priority Architectural Graphics fabricated signage and wayfinding for 88 Broadway, completed in 2022. Cahill Contractors served as the general contractor on the affordable housing project. The work for the YMCA included exterior panel signage and dimensional lettering, fabricated in painted metal, acrylic, and metal composite panel, serving identification purposes.
