Completed in 2025, The Quincy at 555 Bryant represents a significant addition to San Francisco’s evolving residential landscape—a 16-story, 501-unit market-rate housing development in the heart of SoMa, delivered through a collaborative effort between Swinerton and Solomon Cordwell Buenz. Developed by Strada, the project transforms a former underutilized site into a vibrant, high-density urban community designed to meet the city’s growing housing demand.

Priority Architectural Graphics played a key role in shaping the resident and visitor experience through a comprehensive signage program that emphasizes clarity, visibility, and architectural integration. Thoughtfully designed to complement the building’s contemporary form, the signage enhances navigation throughout the property while maintaining a refined, cohesive aesthetic.

Built for both performance and design continuity, the signage system supports the project’s broader vision—delivering a modern residential environment where functionality and design are seamlessly aligned.
