In 2022, Priority Architectural Graphics was selected as the signage partner for the San Francisco Human Services Agency (SFHSA) as they rolled out a bold new brand identity developed during a multi-year rebranding campaign. As one of the Agency’s first public-facing implementations of the refreshed visual identity, signage played a critical role in reinforcing SFHSA’s mission and making its service centers more welcoming, accessible, and cohesive. Priority worked closely with the Agency and design stakeholders to interpret and implement brand guidelines—drawing from a new identity system rooted in community, equity, and San Francisco’s unique cultural landscape.
Leveraging our extensive experience delivering signage for civic and public-facing institutions, Priority Graphics provided design-assist services, fabrication, and installation across multiple locations. Each signage element—from exterior identifiers to interior wayfinding—was thoughtfully crafted to reflect SFHSA’s new visual language, including their signature colors, typography, and inclusive design approach. Our collaborative, detail-oriented process ensured the brand’s values of accessibility, clarity, and dignity were reflected in every sign. The result was a successful launch that not only elevated the Agency’s physical presence but also helped staff and visitors alike feel connected to SFHSA’s vision of supporting San Franciscans through all stages of life.
