In 2025, Priority Architectural Graphics partnered with Hathaway Dinwiddie to deliver a striking signage program for Healthpeak’s Portside Life Sciences campus in South San Francisco, CA. Designed by Selbert Perkins, the project called for a sophisticated execution of monument and pylon signs that incorporated a glowing negative-space effect, creating an elegant, illuminated brand presence visible both day and night. This intricate design required precision fabrication and engineering to ensure that the light-diffused details within the center of each sign maintained their refined appearance while meeting long-term durability needs. The result was a series of distinctive entry and campus markers that elevated the property’s curb appeal and set a new standard for branding within the region’s competitive life sciences sector.
By integrating branding with architectural impact, Priority Graphics provided Healthpeak with a signage package that not only reflected their refined corporate identity but also gave the entire campus a fresh and modern facelift. Our team’s ability to manage design complexity—while maintaining flawless execution and installation—underscored why property owners turn to Priority Graphics for signage solutions that align with repositioning, rebranding, and reinvestment strategies. The Priority Graphics Team is a trusted partner to property owners and managers seeking signage that conveys sophistication, enhances asset value, and communicates a bold visual identity to tenants and visitors alike.
