Cherryland Community Center

In 2020, the Cherryland Community Center completed construction of an approximately 17, 500 square-foot multipurpose Community Center in the City of Hayward, CA located on two adjoined lots (278 Hampton Road and 17482 Boston Road). The scope included improvements to the Meek Estate parking lot located behind the Community Center site at the end of Boston Road. The client (the City of Hayward) partnered with Matthew Williams Design to design the signage package for the project. The Priority team worked with the designer and architect to develop their design intents into aesthetically pleasing and well-constructed functional signage that nicely compliments the building’s architecture. Priority Architectural Graphics assisted with Interior Code Signage, Exterior Code Signage, Interior and Exterior Wayfinding Signage and Exterior Building Identification signage. In 2021, Priority returned to complete additional exterior dimension letters and ISA directional pylons and interior custom ADA and dimensional lettering signage.
